Ming Shine north is the extended warranty service depot for the Smart care program set up by dealership with purchase of new vehicle and they did a fantastic job touching up a few deep scratches, assorted paint scrapes, two windshield chips and went out of their way to make sure customers … More were happy. Also they chemically cleaned some brake dust that can cause issues on paint at a deeply discounted rate. And washed and waxed my vehicle for free because it was muddy the day of service and the nearby car wash was too full to get it clean before the paint repair. Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service. Also my truck looked new when they were done. I will return.

I had the pleasure today by visiting Ming Shine Edmonton North as my car needed a little TLC as I got hit by a rock when traveling back from Fort Saskatchewan. The Rock had made a scratch into my paint and it just removed the paint from the metal and I knew I needed to protect the metal before winter. I was referred to Ming shine by Herbers auto body on the northwest side, they said this mark could be professionally taken care of by Ming Shine without the expensive paint removal and respray from conventional paint jobs at a fraction of the price. When I went to Ming shine I was greeted by the manager Taylor who was very helpful and courteous and was able to take care of me right away which made me very happy. The professionalism of this location was very high and they have a great attitude towards their customers while not soaking their wallet with exorbent fees as their prices are very reasonable. They were able to take care of the problem I had on my vehicle and I was very impressed with the service I had received. They not only were able to fix my problem but they also put on a product called Feynlab to protect the area from the elements so that my paint as well as the metal underneath the paint was protected. While I don't let just anyone work on my vehicle I totally trust Ming Shine Edmonton North with any future problems that I may have that they are able to take care of. My hat is off to this location and I know that with their manager doing such a great job with thier customers and putting away their fears in a very positive manner, with the current excellent staff that he has I have no doubt this place will keep on doing very well. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again for taking care of me and my vehicle.
