I had the premium Detail package on my vehicle and am beyond impressed and thrilled at how it turned out! I could not find a spec of dust or dirt inside and out. This was my first time and not last time visiting Ming southside. The whole team there were friendly and helpful. When I went to pick up my vehicle you could tell how much pride they take in the job they do. They couldn't wait to show me everything that was done. Great job guys.

Too bad there isn't a six star rating. Right from the appointment booking to the job completion everything was perfect. My wife's Mustang had a nasty parking lot dent on the fender skirt. I was told by Christian that it would be 99% repaired. I have looked at the repair in the harshest light and it is impossible to see a flaw. I highly recommend Ming Shine for your dent repairs. In addition, I have a rule about businesses who don't respond to reviews and that is avoid at all cost. Ming responds to all reviews meaning they are engaged with their business and their customers.

Brough my car in to get some protectant film installed on the front end. Very satisfied with the result. They even polished and touched up the small and existing rock chips that was on the vehicle prior to installation. Looks like new. The car was dropped off in the morning and was ready by midday. Great job to the whole team. Highly recommend!

My family has taken several new vehicles to this establishment and we have never been disappointed. Customer service is great, and they always do the job well. After having some work done on my new suv a couple weeks ago, it unfortunately got tar all over it (white paint) from a parkade. I called them for advice and they looked/got it out immediately at no charge. Highly recommend.

Mike and the team are artists. I brought them a car that I completely thought would need a respray right away after an unfortunate scrub incident on my brand new Mach-E, and in what felt like no time at all the car was back to me looking incredible. The Sprayless Scratch Repair service is no “it’ll buff out” joke, it’s the real deal. I’ll be back for more! (See review photos for before circled red, and after)

every experience I have had at Ming over the last 4 years has been exceptional. Jerrod, the owner has obviously trained his staff well. I am newly retired and most of the staff there look to be in their 20's. Even so, they still take time to chat with me and make me feel like I am important to them

Took my suv in for hail damage under an insurance claim, the staff at ming was fantastic. The service only took a few days and they made it super easy with the claim and gave a great deal... and my suv looks amazing. Definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome. Got a chip on one door, and the first place i went the guy told me pretty much that i will have to paint the entire door. I thought nope. It doesn’t make sense so i called MING SHINE team and they fixed it in minutes. I can’t see were the chip was. Wow! This how good they are.

Ming Shine did a fantastic job with my Q60S! The staff were attentive and the level of detail they put into every component (interior, exterior, under the hood) was unbelievable. They even remedied a large scratch I had without me prompting. The car felt brand new again when I left their shop. Highly highly recommend!!

This company is dedicated beyond measure. I have warranty though their company and Kris in Calgary exceeded any expectation I had for this kind of work. He stayed late to finish the job and I am extremely satisfied and would reccomend this company highly for paint repair dent repair and scratch polish repair. My suv looks absolutely brand new. Really great service, I am always scared taking my car in for work, we once had it scratched up by a company so now I’m always really cautious. We needed to get paint protection film, put on the car and they walked us through the entire process and reassured us. We were also interested in getting window tinting and undercoating and they educated us on what was best for the vehicle. Will definitely continue to return to this place good customer service is rare nowadays, but this place definitely delivers.

Absolutely blown away with the great service at Ming and the cleaning they did on my SUV. I have 3 boys, and they've been rough on the inside of my vehicle (even getting gum all over my leather seat!). But after a day with Ming, it feels, smells and looks like a new Car! They have looked after my MINI since I bought it 6 years ago. Still looks like it came from the showroom. Like the service, prices and level of care they provide. Just all around a wonderful experience. Only need to have chrome polish for tailpipes, etc.

WOW! Great Customer Service!! My wife and I had 2 trucks in at Ming Shine South and were extremely pleased with the final results. Initially there were a few oversights on the finished product that had to be reworked (they are human!!). However, the way in which they handled my concerns and the positive attitude towards making everything as it should was phenomenal! I had 2 scratches on my Santa Fe and Eric the field tech made ordered the factory touch up paint to make sure we had an exact match. Eric buffed the scratches and then meticulously applied the paint. Excellent job, I am quite pleased. Eric was very professional and courteous, definitely an asset for his employer.

Got the protective film applied and the ceramic coating.I made a mistake by ordering a film package that covers only a part of the hood. Don't make this mistake, the border line is visible on the clean car and very visible after the car is dusted or dirty.The guys repaired some chips free of charge. I don't know how the high quality chip repair should look like, maybe that's how it goes, but mine look awful. It's 100x more visible after the repair: the color, the texture, the gloss - everything is wrong. You can feel the chip repair by touch.The ceramic coating is great: the colour is deeper, the water is repelled from windows and panels. It's well worth it.My recomendation: do only full body parts with protective film, be careful with chips repair - it may look much worse then you expect, ceramic coating is fantastic, highly recommended it.

I had a terrible incident with a well known car wash and detailing franchise in the city that starts with a "B". A brush covered my entire car with swirls. The manager of that franchise refused to take responsibility (blamed touchless carwashes?) so I was forced to look elsewhere to have it fixed.I booked my car at Ming Shine South Edmonton. They were able to get me in within a couple days, and finished the work within the time they commited to. When I was shown my car, I was blown away with how good it looked, with not a single swirl or scratch. To top it off, they charged me LESS than what was originally quoted.My faith in customer service has been restored, and I will be bringing my other vehicles and referring everyone I can to Ming in the future. I had an amazing experience.Thank you!

The Ming Shine experience is excellent. The first time of brought my new Rogue two years ago. I had Ming apply the new vehicle package and they were quick and left a great product that helps protect my vehicle for years to come. Second time I came back and had a paint protection film applied to the bumper and mirrors and left it looking brand new with a shine. Excellent work,reasonably priced, nice product, and excellent customer service. I would recommend Ming to anyone that needs a car detailing, new car protection package and paint protection film.Good job!

WoW! Totally recommend Ming Shine. I had the 3 back windows of my Chevy Spark tinted. I like that their website it professional, they don't hide their prices, I received a shuttle for my appointment and they washed my car to boot! Excellent. Will be going there again.

Mark on the Northside location was extremely good and very professional. Taylor however was the opposite, so much so that I had to seek upper managements involvement. I spoke with Christian Turcios, whom actually was the one that sold me on going with Ming in the first place. Christian did resolve the situation and has restored my faith in the Ming Shine business.I purchased the Ceramic coating from Ming Shine.

Taylor and his team did an amazing job! The service was so friendly and I really appreciated all the care and attention they gave to the interior and exterior of my vehicle. Went to Ming Shine downtown. Taylor and Mark's customer service was awesome. They were very friendly and professional. They fixed a few dinges on my car and they did a great job. I could not be happier. I would highly recommend them.😀

Had a door ding it was a fairly good one! Got lucky Ming shine had a spot next day $140 1/2 hr later you couldn't even tell at all, awesome job boys
