Ceramic coating on my Tundra looks excellent! 1 vehicle done, 3 more to go.

I brought my 2004 Mazda 6 in for the vacuum and wipe package. These guys are pros and really care about doing the best for their customers. The interior of my 20 year old car looks like new! I've brought my husband and daughter's vehicles in for the same treatment and will continue to do so yearly. It's a wayyy better deal and better job than Bubbles!!

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a business. I took my vehicle in to have a scratched area polished up. When taking the vehicle in, they were very clear that it would likely not be a 100% gone and they would do their best, and I was fine with that. At delivery, I felt it was a job well done and was just as promised. The scratch was noticeable from up close, but looked much better than before. Yet, they insisted that since they could not get it a 100% off, they wouldn't charge me at all! They made a customer for life. They put pride in their work above making money, even though they did what they had promised. Respect and I will definitely be back!

Always fantastic service!

I scraped the top of my boyfriend’s truck into the roof of a parkade. My family has always brought their vehicles to Ming shine. I was hopeful they could fix it to his satisfaction. They did a great job! He is very happy with the results. Price was fair 👍🏼

I was shocked when I picked up my 2015 F350. I truly thought that they had taken my licence plate and put it on a different vehicle. Holy cats, it looks so sharp, outside and in. These guys truly like to do the work they do and man it is good work. They had rock chips to work on, a tear in the upholstery (beautifully fixed), stuff under the seats I'm sure. You get what you pay for is a true statement. But moreso, with these guys you get everything they promise. High, high recommend.

They did an amazing job on my dirty work vehicle that I hadn't cleaned in 4 years haha. Thick layer of grime and dirt, spills, stains, you name it. Car looks brand new now. 10 stars!

I brought my Corvette to the guys at Ming Shine with some sort of paint overspray that I have no idea how it got on the car. As the car has the factory triple black paint finish I was more than reluctant to try and remove the overspray myself. I did try soap and water and some grime removing wax in a small spot with no luck so I knew I better seek some professional help and dropped the car at Ming Shine as they have worked on this vehicle in the past. Michael at the South location called the next day to say they were successful at removing the overspray and upon picking it up, I was totally blown away with their work as the finish on my Vette looked like new! I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my vehicles for detailing, waxing and paint protection. Job well done guys!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of having our vehicles tended to by the incredible staff at the 108 Street location, 5 years ago for my wife's new Buick Encore, four years for a used vehicle I had purchased and last year for one other vehicle. We are still to this day so impressed with the results. Not a day goes by when I don't sing the praises of Leo and his team and the services they supply.We look forward every year for our follow up visits to make sure everything is in fine form. every experience I have had at Ming over the last 4 years has been exceptional. Jerrod, the owner has obviously trained his staff well. I am newly retired and most of the staff there look to be in their 20's. Even so, they still take time to chat with me and make me feel like I am important to them

I am impressed by the Ming North Side's prompt, knowledgeable & courteous service. Christian & Topher are great to deal with. They were able to accommodate me on short notice for the for exterior pro washes on 2 of my vehicles. The Ming crew shows a lot of care & respect for customers vehicles & have a lot of tips for keeping your vehicles shined up.

Christian is very responsive and professional. So as Toffer. I asked to get a quote and they are on top of it. I will be dropping my car in a couple of days and it feels stress free so far.Before coming to Ming Shine, I went to another detailing store in the city that has comparable rating and reviews but it was awful. They are not very welcoming and they even asked me to provide my own paint pen for the paint touch up.I highly recommend this store if you want to be taken care of and avoid hassle.Will upload photos of my vehicle after the service (paint correction and ceramic). Im sure it will look MINT.

They did a nice job on my old 2006 Lexus is350 in and out with the Premium package. Ready when they said it would be and it looks fantastic for such an old vehicle. They also do referral credits within 90 days. The reviews were right and they are great!

Fantastic job overall. A little disappointed that it was mentioned when we picked up the second vehicle about not being happy with the windows being streaky and an area being missed on the tailgate that we were not asked to bring the vehicle in to finish it properly.

Michael & Christian @ Ming have looked after my vehicle detailing needs for many years. Pricing is fair, customer service is excellent, and so is the quality of their work. I recently had a truck ceramic coated and it looks Super D Duper!

We have taken new vehicles to Ming in the past several years and were totally satisfied. This time was a bit different...I took a 27 year old pickup in for the complete engine, interior, exterior package. I wanted to get a good baseline before I started restoration. The interior was excellent, the engine looks like new..but most of all the 27 year old paint looks like it was just painted. Thanks for such a great job.

I visited Ming Shine North to get 3M/PPF added to my vehicle and I’m extremely pleased with the result. I dealt with Christian via the contact form on their website and he was able to answer all of my questions through email as well as give me a quote (where other competitors I reached out to wanted me to call in). At the shop, Mark and Topher were great to deal with and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was in their way or being annoying.The process for the 3M (Highway Package plus full hood) took 24 hrs and Ming provided an Uber to and from the shop which I appreciated. There were a few small spots on my hood that didn’t set quite perfectly, but when I reached out about it/went back to the shop, everyone at Ming was eager to help me to ensure the film was up to my standards. I felt that they heard my concerns and took care of me, even as a first time customer.I have already recommended Ming Shine to a few friends and plan on going back in the future for some of their other services. Thanks guys - really appreciate it!

I have had the paint protection done on my truck. There was a spot that lifted up they fixed it for me and they do a little extra. They stand behind their work from what I see. I would recommend them to anyone .

Great staff to deal with. Explained up front what could be done for scratch removal and what could not. Picking up the car the work done exceeded what I thought would be able to be refinished. Good communication on pick up for what to do and what not.

They executed the FEYNLAB H.L. application,Rust Protection, Underbody Sound Deadener (Undercoating), Leather & Vinyl Protection, Fabric & Carpet Protection, all in a couple of days.Always excellent quality and workmanship . Professional, and reasonable price

Eric did an amazing job fixing my paint chip and went above and beyond looking for the right kind of paint for my vehicle. He even contacted Ford to know which kind of paint for my truck. Surprisingly, the dealership doesn’t even know what kind of paint it was as it’s a new line of colour. Eric has found the perfect paint and was able to finish the job really fast. Overall excellent service!

Very happy with the outcome of my truck. I had some deeper scratches on both sides and they were able to get them out as well as give me a discount on quote after the fact. Interior clean was very detailed. Highly recommend Mike and his crew at thislocation.

Had nasty deep scratches on my Chevy truck bumper. We discussed managing expectations and possible outcomes. The guy there gave it his best shot and made my bumper look 90% better than it did before. Very happy.

.: I took my 2020 Toyota RAV4 XLE to Ming Shine South Edmonton for a complete detailing job on 23 July 2024. I was preparing the sell the vehicle to a friend, and wanted it to look as close to brand new as possible. When I went back to Ming in the late afternoon that day to see the detailed vehicle waiting for me to retrieve it, all I can say is: it looked incredible - thoroughly cleaned and shined inside and out; it even had that "new car smell" to it. I was very impressed with their work. Also, the staff with whom I interacted were pleasant and friendly and treated me with respect and dignity.Need your vehicle detailed? I had the premium Detail package on my vehicle and am beyond impressed and thrilled at how it turned out! I could not find a spec of dust or dirt inside and out. This was my first time and not last time visiting Ming southside. The whole team there were friendly and helpful. Too bad there isn't a six star rating. Right from the appointment booking to the job completion everything was perfect. My wife's Mustang had a nasty parking lot dent on the fender skirt. I was told by Christian that it would be 99% repaired. I have looked at the repair in the harshest light and it is impossible to see a flaw. I highly recommend Ming Shine for your dent repairs. In addition, I have a rule about businesses who don't respond to reviews and that is avoid at all cost. Ming responds to all reviews meaning they are engaged with their business and their customers.

Brough my car in to get some protectant film installed on the front end. Very satisfied with the result. They even polished and touched up the small and existing rock chips that was on the vehicle prior to installation. Looks like new. The car was dropped off in the morning and was ready by midday. Great job to the whole team. Highly recommend!

My family has taken several new vehicles to this establishment and we have never been disappointed. Customer service is great, and they always do the job well. After having some work done on my new suv a couple weeks ago, it unfortunately got tar all over it (white paint) from a parkade. I called them for advice and they looked/got it out immediately at no charge. Highly recommend.

Mike and the team are artists. I brought them a car that I completely thought would need a respray right away after an unfortunate scrub incident on my brand new Mach-E, and in what felt like no time at all the car was back to me looking incredible. The Sprayless Scratch Repair service is no “it’ll buff out” joke, it’s the real deal. I’ll be back for more! (See review photos for before circled red, and after)

I recently took my Nissan Sentra to Ming Shine to get a dent repaired, and I'm beyond impressed! The technician did a fantastic job removing the dent. My car looks flawless again. Huge shout out to the Ming Shine staff! Especially to Mike, I highly recommend this company.

These guys are awesome. Got a chip on one door, and the first place i went the guy told me pretty much that i will have to paint the entire door. I thought nope. It doesn’t make sense so i called MING SHINE team and they fixed it in minutes. I can’t see were the chip was. Wow! This how good they are.

Ming Shine did a fantastic job with my Q60S! The staff were attentive and the level of detail they put into every component (interior, exterior, under the hood) was unbelievable. This company is dedicated beyond measure. I have warranty though their company and Kris in Calgary exceeded any expectation I had for this kind of work. He stayed late to finish the job and I am extremely satisfied and would reccomend this company highly for paint repair dent repair and scratch polish repair. My suv looks absolutely brand new. I have had many vehicles over the years that have applied ming shine and every time very satisfied with the results. It is a pleasure to do business with ming who have staff that are very professional in all areas.

Really great service, I am always scared taking my car in for work, we once had it scratched up by a company so now I’m always really cautious. We needed to get paint protection film, put on the car and they walked us through the entire process and reassured us. We were also interested in getting window tinting and undercoating and they educated us on what was best for the vehicle. Will definitely continue to return to this place good customer service is rare nowadays, but this place definitely delivers.

Absolutely blown away with the great service at Ming and the cleaning they did on my SUV. I have 3 boys, and they've been rough on the inside of my vehicle (even getting gum all over my leather seat!). But after a day with Ming, it feels, smells and looks like a new Car! The detailed cleaning I got was worth every penny (which wasn't much). Thank you Ming! I'll definitely be back!
